Answer
What is Kynesis?
Kynesis is an AI Evaluation and Quality Intelligence Platform. It evaluates customer conversations, human agents, AI agents, content and workflows using custom scorecards. The platform provides evidence-backed scores, actionable feedback, performance analytics and product intelligence.
The short explanation
You define what good looks like as a scorecard: sections, criteria, weights, points, thresholds, and hard or soft critical-failure rules. Kynesis then evaluates each interaction, response, document or workflow against that scorecard and returns a per-criterion score with the quoted evidence it used, the reasoning behind the score, and a recommended action.
Because every item is evaluated rather than a small manual sample, the results also aggregate into patterns: recurring customer pain points, compliance risks, coaching priorities, product gaps and AI failure modes.
Human reviewers stay in control. Any score can be reviewed, overridden, commented on, calibrated across reviewers, or formally disputed by the agent it belongs to.
What Kynesis evaluates
Human interactions
Support and sales calls, chats, emails and tickets — agent performance, policy adherence and script compliance.
AI agents and outputs
AI-agent conversations, LLM answers, generated content, tool execution, hallucinations and task completion.
Content and documents
Articles, documentation and generated content against editorial and factual standards.
Operational workflows
Process adherence, resolution paths and workflow failures across high volumes.
What Kynesis is not
Not a fixed vendor rubric
There is no built-in definition of quality you must accept — you author the scorecard.
Not a black box
Scores without evidence are not returned; every criterion carries its supporting quote and reasoning.
Not a replacement for reviewers
Automation level is configurable per queue: autopilot, partial automation, or human-in-the-loop.
